Do you ship internationally?

How long after an order is placed will it ship?
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Additionally, shipping can takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Once you process your order, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and your zip code.
Returns
FYI, all sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where do the vintage items come from?
All items listed under vintage, some home and jewelry are found within the Finger Lakes/Rochester/Western New York area from estate sales, antique shops and auctions. We do our best to make sure pieces are clean, accurately researched and packed securely to reach you.
Some jewelry pieces have been made from sourced broken jewelry to give new life. All made pieces are made in-house.
Why does some of the clothing look likes it is faded?
Apparel is produced using DTG (direct-to-garment) printed, which means the design is printed and absorbed in to the fabric. Inks used are eco-friend, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic and soluble in water.
The visibility and opaqueness varies on the garment, Lightweight garments, like t-shirts will have a stronger, deeper print and thicker weights like sweatshirts and hoodies will be less opaque.
What is the general wash care for apparel?
T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
- No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended).
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron graphics.
- Do not dry clean.
- Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
